A women's UK 10 is a US 6, an EU 38, a French 40 and an Italian 42.
How do UK and US dress sizes differ?
US women's sizes are 4 lower than UK sizes: UK 8 = US 4, UK 12 = US 8, UK 16 = US 12.
What size is an Italian 44?
A women's Italian 44 is a UK 12, US 8 and EU 40. Italian sizes run 32 above UK sizes. For men's jackets, Italian 50 is a 40-inch chest (UK/US 40).
How do men's EU trouser sizes convert?
EU trouser sizes are roughly the waist in inches plus 16: a 32-inch waist is an EU 48, a 34 is an EU 50.
