How Does the FLUF Connect Product Limit Work?
Your product limit counts unsold crosslisted products — items FLUF has created or crosslisted to a marketplace that haven’t sold yet.
Here’s what does and doesn’t count:
- Counts: A jacket you crosslisted from Depop to eBay via FLUF counts as one product
- Doesn’t count: Items listed directly on a marketplace (not through FLUF)
- Reduces count: When the jacket sells on any platform, it no longer counts towards your limit
- Doesn’t count: Products you’ve imported but haven’t crosslisted yet
This means your limit naturally decreases as you make sales. Most sellers on the Growth plan never hit their limit because sales keep the count in check.
What Happens If I Hit My Limit?
FLUF pauses new crosslisting until your count drops below the limit (through sales or manual delisting). Your existing listings stay live, inventory sync continues running, and relisting keeps working. Nothing gets deleted or disrupted — you just can’t crosslist new items until you have room.
You can upgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings and the new limit takes effect immediately.
