A crosslisting app for iPhone and Android

Selling across several marketplaces should not mean starting each listing from scratch. FLUF Connect brings your product listings and connected channels into one account, so you can choose an item and crosslist it from your phone.

The app is built for resellers, vintage sellers and second-hand businesses working away from a desk. Photograph new stock, review AI-suggested listing details, check your sales and see your recent orders. Your mobile app and web dashboard use the same FLUF Connect account.

Create listings from product photos

Open the Create screen to take photos, or choose images from your gallery. AI can suggest a title, price and product details from the photos. Review the suggestions, add measurements and condition notes, and correct anything that needs changing before you publish.

1. Photograph the item. Include the front, back, labels and any faults.
2. Review the suggested details. Check the title, description, brand, category, condition and price.
3. Choose your marketplaces. Use the destinations available for your connected accounts.
4. Check the result. Some marketplaces require additional details or review before a listing goes live.

Crosslist to eBay, Depop and other connected marketplaces

Find an item in your listings, open its details and choose Crosslist. Select the destination marketplaces and start the job. The app tour above shows an item being selected for Depop and eBay.

The destinations you can use depend on the marketplace, your connections and the available workflow. Follow the connection prompts in the app; some channels need additional setup or the desktop extension. Check the marketplace connection guides for the channel you want to use.

Your listings, sales and orders in one app

• Listings: browse your inventory, find an item, review its details and manage where it is listed.
• Sales: check dashboard totals and see sales across your connected marketplaces.
• Orders: review recent orders and their status in the orderbook.
• Intesa: open FLUF’s assistant from the app’s tools when you need help with your account or listing workflow.
• Settings: manage your preferences, account tools and notification settings.

List while you source

At a charity shop, thrift store, car boot sale or wholesale pickup, your phone is already with you. Use it to photograph new stock and prepare listings while the item is in front of you. You can review the details and start crosslisting when you have an internet connection.

Back at your stockroom, check orders and sales without opening a laptop. Move to the web dashboard when you want a larger screen for a longer editing session.

Use the mobile app and web dashboard together

Sign in with the same FLUF Connect account. Your listings, channel connections and account settings are shared between the app and web dashboard.

The app is available on iPhone, iPad and Android. Features and connection steps can vary by marketplace and platform.

Do I still need the desktop extension?

It depends on the marketplace and the action. Some channels connect directly, while others use a signed-in browser or on-device connection. Follow the setup guide for each channel instead of assuming every marketplace has the same requirements.

1. Download FLUF Connect from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Sign in to your existing account, or choose Create Account.
3. Connect a marketplace and review your available destinations.
4. Photograph a new item or choose an existing listing, then review and crosslist it.
