Crosslist from Vinted to Bidzzy — Automatically
Push your Vinted wardrobe onto the UK's newest resale marketplace without re-listing anything — and sync 50+ channels from one dashboard.
- Vinted: the largest secondhand fashion platform in Europe — €10.8 billion of GMV in 2025, up 47%. Enormous reach, brutal competition for attention.
- Bidzzy: a UK-only marketplace launched in June 2026 with roughly 70,900 live listings. Tiny by comparison, and that is the point — your listing is not competing against a million near-identical ones.
- Both charge sellers nothing. No commission, no listing fee, no seller-side processing on either. The difference is on the buyer’s side, where Bidzzy’s protection fee is capped at £15 and Vinted’s is not.
- Condition maps almost exactly — Vinted’s five-value scale slots straight into Bidzzy’s six, with only “new with defects” having no Vinted equivalent.
- Bidzzy takes stock Vinted does not: craft supplies, stationery, pet items, equestrian, books and small homeware all have proper categories.
- Cost: 7-day trial for £1, then plans from £9/month (Starter) — automation is included from Seller upwards.

Why Sell on Both Vinted and Bidzzy?
These two marketplaces have almost identical economics and wildly different scale, which makes the case for running both unusually simple: it costs you nothing to try.
Vinted is the giant. Vinted Group reported GMV of €10.8 billion for 2025, up 47% year on year, on €1.1 billion of revenue, and a secondary share transaction in April 2026 valued the group at €8 billion. If you sell secondhand fashion in the UK, Vinted is where your buyers already are. The problem is everyone else’s buyers are there too — a new listing on Vinted is competing with an enormous, constantly refreshing catalogue for a few seconds of feed attention.
Bidzzy is the opposite trade. BIDZZY LTD was incorporated on 3 June 2026 and the marketplace carried around 70,900 live listings when we measured it on 15 August 2026. That is a rounding error against Vinted. But its browse view defaults to newest-first, its recommendation feed deliberately reserves 20% of its slots for items that have not been viewed yet, and no seller appears more than twice in a single feed. Your listing gets seen. Whether it gets bought depends on whether a buyer is there to see it — which is the honest risk you are taking.
| Vinted | Bidzzy | |
|---|---|---|
| Scale | €10.8bn GMV in 2025, across 27 markets | ~70,900 live listings, ~19,200 public profiles (15 Aug 2026) |
| Geography | 27 countries including the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Poland and the US | Mainland UK only — no Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Scottish Islands |
| Seller fees | None | None — and Bidzzy also absorbs payment processing |
| Buyer protection fee | Typically 3%–8% + £0.30–£0.80, no published cap | 5% + £0.80, minimum £1.00, maximum £15.00 |
| Catalogue scope | Fashion-led, with homeware and entertainment | 28 categories including craft supplies, stationery, pet items, equestrian, books and small homeware |
| Negotiation | Offers and bundles | Offers only, with a hard floor at 50% of asking price |
| Payout | To your Vinted balance, withdrawable | Wallet, 72 hours after delivery for private sellers, then 1–3 days to your bank. Never automatic |
The category difference is the underrated one. Bidzzy’s live catalogue is about 41% women’s clothing and 10% men’s clothing, but the remaining half spreads across home accessories, hobbies and collectibles, kids’ toys, health and beauty, books and tech accessories. If your Vinted wardrobe is really a house clearance with a wardrobe attached, Bidzzy has somewhere to put the rest of it.
And the £15 cap on Bidzzy’s buyer fee is a genuine selling point at higher prices. Above roughly £284 the fee stops growing entirely, so a buyer looking at a £500 coat pays £15 in protection. That is a smaller number than an uncapped percentage produces, and it is worth saying out loud in your listing.
How to Crosslist from Vinted to Bidzzy
Bidzzy is one of the simplest channels FLUF Connect supports. There is no browser extension required on the Bidzzy side, and nothing depends on a tab staying open.
- Sign up for FLUF Connect at fluf.io/connect.
- Connect Vinted so your existing wardrobe is imported — titles, descriptions, photos, prices, sizes, brands and conditions all come into the dashboard.
- Connect Bidzzy using the connection steps in FLUF and your Bidzzy account details.
- Finish your Stripe onboarding on Bidzzy first. This matters more than it sounds. Publishing on Bidzzy is gated on a fully onboarded Stripe Connect account. Crosslist in bulk before that is done and you will create a pile of drafts that can never go live.
- Select what to send. Bulk-select your whole wardrobe or filter by category, price band or listing age.
- Review the mapping — condition, category, brand and size are pre-filled. Check a few before you commit several hundred items.
- Crosslist. Items appear on Bidzzy within minutes.
Auto-crosslisting: set a rule so new Vinted listings go to Bidzzy automatically — for example, everything above £20, or everything in a specific category. See auto-crosslisting rules.
What Transfers When You Crosslist from Vinted to Bidzzy
This is one of the cleaner mappings FLUF handles, because both platforms model a secondhand fashion item in almost the same way.
Field Mapping — Vinted to Bidzzy
| Vinted Field | Bidzzy Field | Transfer Status | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Title | Title (100 characters) | ✅ Automatic | Trimmed to 100 characters on a word boundary rather than mid-word. This is the highest-value field on Bidzzy — its search matches title, brand, category and subcategory, and nothing else. |
| Description | Description (2,000 characters) | ✅ Automatic | Generous cap, but be aware Bidzzy does not search descriptions. Keywords here do nothing for discovery. |
| Photos | Photos (minimum 3, up to 12) | ✅ Automatic | Your first twelve transfer in order. Bidzzy requires at least three, so anything with fewer needs attention. |
| Price | price_gbp | ✅ Automatic | Transfers directly in pounds. You keep 100% of it on both platforms. |
| Condition | Condition (six values) | ⚡ Smart mapped | The closest thing to a 1:1 mapping in this pair — see the table below. |
| Brand | Brand | ⚡ Conditional | Sent only where the destination category actually accepts a brand. Books and beauty categories hide it. |
| Size | Size | ⚡ Conditional | Same rule. Sending a size into a category that hides it is a rejection, so FLUF simply doesn’t. |
| Colour | Colour | ⚡ Conditional | Required in most fashion categories, hidden in others. |
| Category | Category + subcategory | ⚡ Smart mapped | Bidzzy has around 341 category nodes across 30 top-level categories. FLUF resolves through its own mapping first, then falls back to Bidzzy’s own suggestion engine. |
| Item weight | Parcel band + letterbox flag | ⚡ Derived | Confirm the correct small, medium or large parcel size before publishing. |
The condition mapping, in full
| Your Vinted condition | Becomes on Bidzzy |
|---|---|
| New with tags | New with tags |
| New without tags | New without tags |
| Very good | Very good |
| Good | Good |
| Satisfactory | Satisfactory |
| — | New with defects (Bidzzy-only; set it manually if it applies) |
That is unusually tidy. Most channel pairs need a judgement call somewhere in the condition scale; here the only gap is Bidzzy’s extra “new with defects” grade, which has no Vinted equivalent and simply goes unused unless you set it by hand.
What Won’t Cross Over At All
Three things will stop items in their tracks, and it is better to know before you push five hundred listings than after.
- Electronics and furniture are prohibited on Bidzzy. Phones, tablets, laptops, TVs, consoles and appliances are all banned, and “Tech Accessories” genuinely means accessories only. Furniture and large furnishings are out too. If your Vinted wardrobe includes a games console or a chair, those items have no home on Bidzzy.
- Bidzzy’s photo rules are stricter than Vinted’s. Only original photographs of the actual item, taken by you. No stock photos, no images from other sellers, no AI-generated pictures, and no AI editing that changes the item’s condition, colour, shape or branding. Cropping, rotating, brightness and blurring personal details are fine. This applies to business sellers with sealed new stock exactly as it does to everyone else, and breaches go to human review with account suspension on the table.
- Bidzzy is mainland UK only. Vinted operates across 27 markets. Bidzzy does not serve Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey or the Scottish Highlands and Islands, let alone internationally. Any part of your Vinted buyer base outside mainland Britain simply cannot buy from you on Bidzzy.
There is also a difference in how the two platforms handle a negotiated sale. On Bidzzy, when you accept an offer the buyer gets a 12-hour window to pay, during which the item stays available to everyone else at full price — first completed payment wins. So an accepted Bidzzy offer is not a committed sale, and you should not pull the item from Vinted the moment you tap accept.
Inventory Sync Between Vinted and Bidzzy
This is the section to read carefully, because the sync in this pair currently runs in one direction only, and we would rather say so plainly than let you find out with a double sale.
| Event | What Happens | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Item sells on Vinted | Automatically marked sold and withdrawn from Bidzzy | Within minutes |
| Item sells on Bidzzy | No automatic action on Vinted yet — remove it yourself | Manual |
| Order placed on Vinted | Order data syncs into FLUF Connect | Within minutes |
| Offer accepted on Bidzzy | Item moves to a reserved state on Bidzzy but is not sold until payment completes within 12 hours | — |
| Price changed on Vinted | Not pushed to Bidzzy — use bulk edit | — |
| Item relisted on Vinted | No action on Bidzzy; use Bidzzy’s own auto-renew instead | — |
Bidzzy order sync is not live yet. FLUF Connect’s Bidzzy integration supports crosslisting and mark-as-sold, which covers the direction that matters most while Bidzzy is the smaller of your two channels — a sale on Vinted pulls the item off Bidzzy automatically. The reverse waits on Bidzzy sale data that has not yet been observed in production.
In practice, on a marketplace of Bidzzy’s current size, that is a small amount of manual work. But it is real work, and if you scale up on Bidzzy it becomes more of it. Watch this space.
Crosslisting from Vinted to Bidzzy: Before and After
Re-listing a wardrobe by hand is the reason most sellers never actually add a second channel. The work is not hard, it is just relentless, and it scales linearly with the number of items you own.
Without FLUF Connect
- Open the Vinted listing and copy the title and description
- Save each photo out of the Vinted app to your camera roll
- Open Bidzzy and start a new listing
- Re-upload at least three photos in the right order
- Find the matching category in a tree of roughly 341 nodes
- Re-enter brand, size and colour — where the destination category accepts them, which varies
- Translate the condition, then set the parcel band by guessing the weight
- Publish, and note somewhere that this item now exists in two places
- When it sells on either side, go to the other and take it down before someone buys it twice
Time per item: 4–6 minutes. For a 300-item wardrobe, that is 20 to 30 hours — which is why it usually does not happen.
With FLUF Connect
- Bulk-select in the dashboard, or filter by category or price band
- Click crosslist to Bidzzy
- Skim the mapping preview — condition, category, brand and size are already filled in
- Confirm
- Mark-as-sold from Vinted runs automatically from then on
Time per item: seconds. A 300-item wardrobe is an afternoon, and most of that afternoon is spent deciding what you actually want listed twice rather than typing it out again.
Review titles and postage before publishing on Bidzzy. Use a clear title, enter the correct product weight and confirm the shipping option shown to buyers.
Automation on Each Side
| Feature | Vinted | Bidzzy |
|---|---|---|
| Crosslisting | ✅ | ✅ |
| Mark-as-sold sync | ✅ | ✅ |
| Order sync | ✅ | ❌ Not yet |
| Auto-relisting | ✅ | ❌ Use Bidzzy’s own auto-renew |
| Offer management | ✅ | ❌ Handled in the Bidzzy app |
| Bulk operations | ✅ | ✅ |
Vinted carries the automation load in this pair. Auto-relisting keeps your Vinted wardrobe fresh, and automated offer management handles Vinted offers around the clock. Bidzzy has neither through FLUF — but it does have its own auto-renew, which resets a listing’s date every 30, 60 or 90 days and puts it back at the top of a browse view that sorts newest-first. That is the single most useful lever on Bidzzy, and it lives in the Bidzzy app. Use it.
Worth knowing about Bidzzy’s ranking while you are there: it publishes its algorithm, and it states that photo count, description length, seller rating, small edits and price do not affect ranking. Freshness, auto-renew, views, saves, correct category and a keyword-rich title do. Habits learned on other platforms — nudging the price down by 50p to trigger a bump — do nothing here.
How Much Does It Cost to Crosslist from Vinted to Bidzzy?
Neither marketplace charges you anything to sell. FLUF Connect starts with a 7-day trial for £1, then plans from £9/month (Starter). There is no free plan. Crosslisting, order sync and mark-as-sold are included on every plan rather than sold as add-ons.
| Plan | Monthly | Crosslisted products |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | £9/month | Unlimited |
| Seller | £29/month | Unlimited |
| Pro | £99/month | Unlimited |
| Super Seller | Custom pricing — tell us what you need | Unlimited |
Every plan covers crosslisting between all supported channels, not just this pair. Add Depop, eBay, Etsy or Shopify at no extra cost.
Sources & Verification
Fee and policy figures were checked against primary sources on 15 August 2026. Bidzzy publishes no independently verifiable audience data, so the listing and profile counts here are our own measurement of its public data on that date, not a company figure.
- Bidzzy Terms of Service (v8.1, effective 3 August 2026) — zero seller fees, the 5% + £0.80 buyer protection fee with its £1.00 minimum and £15.00 cap, carrier requirements.
- Bidzzy FAQ — the published ranking algorithm, prohibited items, offers and the 12-hour payment window, mainland-UK-only coverage, carriers and parcel bands.
- Bidzzy private seller guide — 72-hour payout hold, minimum three photos, the photo authenticity rules, 5-day dispatch window.
- Companies House, BIDZZY LTD (17259377) — incorporation date and registered office.
- Vinted UK Buyer Protection fee — the buyer-side fee range used in the comparison table.
- Vinted Group newsroom — 2025 GMV, revenue and the April 2026 valuation.
- Bidzzy on the App Store — release history.
- Sell on Tilt — the live-auction alternative
One deliberate omission: Bidzzy has no Trustpilot profile, no Google Play star rating and no published user or GMV figures. Anything quoting you a Bidzzy user count has made it up.

Frequently Asked Questions
No browser tab needs to stay open for the Bidzzy side after connecting your account in FLUF.
Almost exactly. Vinted's five values — new with tags, new without tags, very good, good, satisfactory — map one-to-one onto Bidzzy's scale. Bidzzy has one extra grade, “new with defects”, which has no Vinted equivalent, so set that one by hand if it applies to an item.
Not yet. The sync currently runs one way: a sale on Vinted marks the item sold and withdraws it from Bidzzy within minutes, but a Bidzzy-origin sale does not yet stock the item out on Vinted. Remove it from Vinted yourself until Bidzzy order sync ships.
Most of it, but check three things first. Bidzzy prohibits electronic devices and furniture outright. It requires at least three photos per listing. And it only serves mainland UK, so nothing reaches buyers in Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
Yes, provided they are your own photographs of the actual item. Bidzzy's photo policy is stricter than most: no stock or supplier images, no pictures taken from other sellers or the internet, no AI-generated images, and no AI editing that changes the item's condition, colour, shape or branding. Cropping, rotating, brightness correction and blurring personal details are all fine.
No. No listing fee, no subscription, no commission, and Bidzzy absorbs payment processing rather than deducting it — so you keep 100% of the item price, the same as on Vinted. Bidzzy's buyers pay a protection fee of 5% plus £0.80, capped at £15.00 per order, which is a real advantage over an uncapped percentage on higher-value items.
The item moves to a reserved state and the buyer gets 12 hours to pay — but during that window it stays available to everyone else at full price, and the first completed payment wins. So don't pull the item from Vinted the moment you accept. Note also that buyers cannot offer below 50% of your asking price.
No. The two platforms have no visibility of each other. Worth knowing though: Bidzzy publishes its ranking algorithm and states that price, photo count, description length and seller rating do not affect ranking there — freshness, its auto-renew feature, views, saves and a keyword-rich title do. Habits learned on Vinted don't all carry over.
Neither marketplace charges sellers anything. FLUF Connect starts with a 7-day trial for £1, then plans from £9/month (Starter). There is no free plan. Crosslisting, order sync and mark-as-sold are included on every plan.
