Grailed to StockX: List Your Unworn Pieces Where Buyers Search by Size
Which Grailed items StockX accepts, what each marketplace charges, how FLUF Connect places a StockX ask from your Grailed inventory, and how to stop the same pair selling twice.
Most of what sells on Grailed is worn, and StockX will not take any of it. The route from one to the other is narrower than it looks: deadstock trainers in their box, new-with-tags streetwear and sealed accessories that already have a StockX product page. For that slice of a Grailed closet, StockX swaps photos, offers and messages for a size-and-price grid where buyers pay the lowest ask. FLUF Connect places the ask from your Grailed inventory, and one inventory keeps the two listings from selling the same pair twice.
In short
- StockX’s Verified Marketplace takes new, unworn items only. Anything with wear stays on Grailed.
- Grailed charges 9% on sales of $120 or more and 6% below that (minimum $1.99), plus payment processing. StockX charges a 9% to 7% transaction fee by Seller Level plus 3% processing.
- You confirm the StockX product and size for each item before the ask goes live; your Grailed photos and description do not carry over.
- Neither marketplace reports its sales to FLUF. When something sells on either side, mark it sold in FLUF and the other listing comes down.
Which Grailed items qualify
StockX’s verification page limits the Verified Marketplace to new and unworn goods. Each sale goes to a StockX verification centre before the buyer gets it, and an item that fails is sent back to you. A pair that has been tried on indoors, a hoodie with the tags cut off or a box with a missing lid can all fail.
Go through your Grailed listings and sort them into three piles:
- Send to StockX: deadstock trainers in the original box, new-with-tags pieces from labels StockX carries, sealed accessories such as caps or bags that have a product page.
- Keep off StockX: worn or washed pieces, archive items with no catalogue entry, one-offs, samples and anything altered. If you want more buyers for those, eBay and Depop take used fashion.
- Check first: collaborations and limited drops. Search StockX for the style code. If there is no product page, there is nothing to place an ask against.
For most Grailed sellers the first pile is a minority. That is fine. The point is to give unworn stock a second set of buyers without moving the rest of the closet.
What each side charges
Grailed’s fees page sets a 9% seller fee on sales of $120 and above, and a reduced 6% fee (minimum $1.99) on sales under $120 made on or after 20 May 2026, for domestic and international sales alike. Payment processing is separate. For sellers onboarded with Stripe it is 3.49% + $0.49 on US domestic payments and 4.99% + $0.49 on international ones, according to Grailed’s processing fee article.
StockX’s seller fees page charges a transaction fee that falls as your Seller Level rises, plus 3% payment processing on every sale:
| StockX Seller Level | Transaction fee |
|---|---|
| Level 1 | 9% |
| Level 2 | 8.5% |
| Level 3 | 8% |
| Level 4 | 7.5% |
| Level 5 | 7% |
The minimum StockX seller fee is £4.50 in Great Britain, €5 in the EU and $5 in the US. On a $250 pair sold to a US buyer, a new StockX seller pays $22.50 plus $7.50 processing, $30 in all. The same pair on Grailed costs $22.50 commission plus about $9.22 in Stripe processing. The fees land close together, so the decision is about which buyers reach the pair first, and how much time you want to spend answering offers.
What changes when you list on StockX
A Grailed listing is yours: your photos, your measurements, your description, and a price you expect to negotiate. A StockX ask is a number on StockX’s own product page. Buyers see StockX’s images and details, choose a size and either pay the lowest ask or place a bid. There is nothing to photograph and no message thread.
That shifts where mistakes happen. On Grailed the risk is a buyer who disputes condition. On StockX it is a wrong product or size, which fails verification. Check the style code on the box label against the StockX page before you confirm, and watch for colourways that share a name.
Shipping changes too. StockX’s shipping article gives sellers two business days to send a sold item to StockX, or five on a release day. If you miss it, StockX tries to match the buyer with another seller.
How to send Grailed items to StockX
- Connect Grailed in FLUF Connect through the FLUF browser extension or the FLUF mobile app. Your Grailed listings appear in your FLUF inventory.
- Connect StockX from the Channels screen.
- Filter your inventory to Grailed and select the unworn, boxed items.
- Choose StockX as the destination and continue to pricing.
- Confirm the StockX product and size for each item. Where FLUF finds no match or several close ones, pick the right one yourself.
- Set your ask and publish.

Price from the StockX page, not from your Grailed price. Look at the current lowest ask and recent sales in your size, and remember that the fee comes off the sale price.
Keeping both listings in step
| What happens | Result |
|---|---|
| Item sells on Grailed | FLUF does not see the sale. Mark it sold in FLUF and the StockX ask ends |
| Item sells on StockX | FLUF does not see the sale. Mark it sold in FLUF and the Grailed listing comes down |
| Relisting and offers | Not available through FLUF on either marketplace |
Both directions are manual, so the habit matters more than the setup. Make marking the item sold in FLUF the first thing you do when either notification arrives, before you print a label. Grailed offers keep working on the site itself, so an accepted offer is a sale like any other.
Grailed sellers outside the US
Grailed bills fees in dollars and, according to its international seller article, payouts to sellers outside the US can take up to seven extra business days. StockX publishes pound and euro fee minimums for Great Britain and the EU. A UK seller with deadstock can therefore sell the same pair to local StockX buyers in pounds while keeping the Grailed listing for buyers who want it shipped from the UK.

What FLUF costs
Crosslisting and inventory sync are on every FLUF plan, from £9 a month for Starter. Relisting, offer management and smart pricing come with Pro and above, but FLUF offers none of them on Grailed or StockX. You can start with 7 days for £1, then from £9/month.
