Grailed to Quibly: Sell Your Menswear to UK Buyers Too
How UK-based Grailed sellers add Quibly's home audience, what each side costs, how FLUF Connect sends Grailed pieces to Quibly, and two-way sale handling.
If you sell menswear on Grailed from the UK, plenty of your sales go abroad. Each one means a customs form and a longer wait before delivery is confirmed. Quibly, a UK marketplace for pre-loved goods that opened in September 2026, sells only to UK buyers, with Evri or DPD postage. FLUF Connect can put your Grailed pieces on Quibly from the listings you already have, so a buyer in Manchester can find the jacket that a buyer in Ohio has been watching for a month.
In short
- This is for UK-based Grailed sellers. Quibly is UK only and trades in pounds.
- Grailed’s commission is 6% or 9% depending on the sale price, plus payment processing. Quibly charges a platform fee when an item sells; its entry plan, with no monthly charge, includes 10 listings a month.
- When a piece sells on Grailed, FLUF ends the Quibly listing. When it sells on Quibly, FLUF ends the Grailed listing.
- Add the measurements to the description before sending. Quibly buyers cannot ask you the way Grailed buyers do.
Which Grailed pieces to send
Grailed’s audience knows designer and archive menswear and will pay for it. Quibly’s is a general second-hand audience that is a few weeks old. Send it the pieces that a general UK buyer will recognise and that you would happily sell at home:
- Good on Quibly: well-known high-street and premium brands, outerwear, denim, trainers and anything priced where postage to the US makes a buyer think twice.
- Keep on Grailed only: archive pieces, small Japanese labels and anything whose price depends on a collector knowing exactly what it is.
- Check the size label: Grailed listings often give US sizes. Add the UK size in the description for Quibly.
Quibly’s homepage gives the entry plan, which has no monthly charge, 10 listings a month, so choose the pieces that have had the most views on Grailed but no offer from a UK buyer.
What each side costs
Grailed’s fees page takes a 9% commission on sales of $120 and above and 6% (minimum $1.99) on sales under $120, plus a separate payment processing fee.
Quibly’s homepage says “platform fees apply when an item sells”. Its terms (section 9.1) point to the help centre for the current rates. Quibly does not add a separate buyer protection charge (section 15.4), so the price a Quibly buyer sees is your price plus postage.
| Grailed | Quibly | |
|---|---|---|
| Buyers | Worldwide, mostly menswear specialists | UK only, general second-hand |
| Seller fees | 6% or 9% commission plus processing | Platform fee on each sale |
| Postage | You ship, including abroad | Evri or DPD with a label, or local collection |
| When you are paid | Under Grailed’s payout terms | 48 hours after confirmed delivery for a private seller |
A sale at home is also paid sooner. Grailed’s international seller article says payouts to sellers outside the US can take up to seven extra business days. Quibly releases a private seller’s money in pounds 48 hours after delivery is confirmed (terms section 14.2).
Before you send anything
Quibly needs you to pass its identity check before listings go live (terms section 14.5), and each item needs at least two photos. Grailed listings usually have plenty of photos, so that part is easy.
Measurements matter more. On Grailed, buyers message you for pit-to-pit and length. Put them in the description before you send the piece, so a Quibly buyer can decide without asking.
How to send Grailed pieces to Quibly
- Connect Grailed in FLUF Connect so your listings appear in your FLUF inventory.
- Connect Quibly from the Channels screen. Quibly asks you to sign in and approve FLUF.
- Filter the inventory to Grailed and select the pieces you want on Quibly.
- Choose Quibly as the destination.
- Check each price in pounds and the parcel size, then publish.

Grailed prices are in dollars. Price the Quibly listing for a UK buyer rather than converting the dollar figure: the UK price for the same piece on other marketplaces is a better guide.
When it sells
| What happens | What FLUF does |
|---|---|
| It sells on Grailed | Picks up the Grailed sale and ends the Quibly listing |
| It sells on Quibly | Brings the order into FLUF and ends the Grailed listing |
| Relisting and offers | Not available through FLUF on either marketplace |
Grailed buyers often send offers that you accept by hand. If you accept one on Grailed, the piece is sold there, and FLUF takes it off Quibly once it sees the sale. Do not post it to the Quibly buyer if both arrive at once: the first confirmed sale wins, and the other buyer needs a quick message.
What FLUF costs
Crosslisting and inventory sync are on every FLUF plan, from £9 a month for Starter. Relisting, offer management and smart pricing come with Pro and above, but none of them is available on Grailed or Quibly. You can start with 7 days for £1, then from £9/month.
