Import Your Existing Listings from Any Marketplace
Connect a marketplace and FLUF reads what you already have listed there: photos, price, size, brand, condition, stock. Nothing to retype, and duplicates across marketplaces are matched into one item.
- Automatic: connect a marketplace and FLUF reads your listings. There is no import button to find and no spreadsheet to prepare.
- Complete: photos, title, description, price, brand, size, colours, condition, stock quantity, variants and SKUs. Video where the marketplace has it.
- Matched: the same item listed on three marketplaces becomes one product in FLUF, so a sale on one ends the other two.
- Kept up to date: changes you make on the marketplace are picked up within a day.
- Cost: importing is free, including before your trial starts. 7 days for £1, then from £9/month.

Most sellers come to FLUF with hundreds of listings already live somewhere. Retyping them would take weeks, so FLUF does not ask you to. Connect the marketplace, and within minutes your inventory is in FLUF, ready to crosslist, relist, reprice or edit in bulk.
How it works
- Connect the marketplace. API marketplaces such as eBay, Etsy, Shopify and Depop connect with a sign-in. Vinted and Facebook connect through the app or the browser extension with your own login.
- FLUF reads your listings. Each listing appears in FLUF with its photos, price, size, brand, condition and stock. Imported items keep their marketplace link, so FLUF knows which listing is which when it later edits, ends or relists it.
- Duplicates are matched. Items you listed on more than one marketplace are matched by SKU, and by title on marketplaces where titles reliably identify an item, into one product. A Find & Combine scan shows strong and possible matches for you to confirm; combine or unlink is reversible and never touches the live listings.
- Then crosslist. Select the imported items and send them to the marketplaces they are not on yet. That is usually the first thing people do on day one.

Where you can import from
Any marketplace FLUF connects to that lets listings be read, which is nearly all 70+. See each marketplace’s page under Channels. Stock that is not on a marketplace yet comes in by spreadsheet or straight from photos.
After the import
- Edits made on the marketplace are picked up within a day, including photo changes.
- Sales on any connected marketplace end the item everywhere else through inventory sync.
- Bulk tools work on imported items like any other: reprice, find and replace, recategorise, or put them on an auto-relisting strategy.
Limits
Facebook Marketplace listings can only be read with the browser extension on a computer. A handful of small marketplaces have no way to read listings at all; their pages under Channels say so. Importing does not copy likes, followers or sales history from the marketplace, which stay where they are.
