AI Listing Generator — Create Marketplace Listings from Photos
Upload photos and FLUF writes the title, description, category, brand, size, condition and a suggested price, ready for any of 70+ marketplaces. Prefer to write it yourself? Switch the AI off in one click.
- What it does: Upload photos of an item and FLUF suggests the title, description, category, brand, size, colour, condition and a price. You check it, then list it on any of the 70+ marketplaces you connect.
- AI is optional: Prefer to write listings yourself? Switch on Disable AI processing and FLUF creates the listing from your photos with the details left for you.
- Any product type: Clothing, electronics, homeware, toys, books, beauty, sports gear, car parts.
- Many at once: Drop up to 120 photos and FLUF groups them into products, or import a CSV, Excel file, Google Sheet or ZIP of up to 5,000 rows.
- Cost: Starter includes 50 AI creations a month and Pro 250. Writing listings yourself, imports and crosslisting never use the allowance. 7 days for £1, then from £9/month.

The AI listing generator is the Create screen in FLUF Connect. You add photos, FLUF writes the first draft of the listing, and you spend your time checking it instead of typing it. Once the item is in FLUF, the rest of FLUF works on it: crosslisting, inventory sync, Smart Pricing and auto-relisting.
How It Works
- Add your photos. Upload up to 20 on Listings → Create, or take them in the app. Photograph the brand tag, size label, care label and any flaws: that’s what the AI reads.
- Let the AI fill it in. Add a note for anything the photos can’t show, such as “never worn” or the price you want. The AI uses your note over its own guess.
- Check and correct. AI can misread a brand, material or condition, so review it as you would a listing someone else wrote. Remove backgrounds or edit photos here too.
- Choose where to list and start crosslisting.
What the AI Fills In
| Field | What you get |
|---|---|
| Title | Brand, colour, item type, size and main feature, in the order buyers search |
| Description | Condition and visible flaws, material from the care label, notable features |
| Category, brand, size, colour | Read from labels, tags and the item itself |
| Condition and price | A condition grade and a suggested price in your currency (price suggestions can be switched off) |
| Measurements | Only when a tape measure or ruler is in the photo. FLUF doesn’t guess them |
| Item details | What identifies the item in its category: model and storage for a phone, edition for a book, volume for beauty |
Your Rules, Your Language, or No AI at All
No AI: open your listing settings and switch on Disable AI processing. Listings are created from your photos with the details left for you, and never use your AI allowance. To keep the AI but set prices yourself, switch on Don’t let AI set price.
Listing rules: tell the AI your house style once (“start every title with the brand”, “read the material from the wash tag”) and every new listing follows it. Rules can apply to one brand, category or marketplace. Custom fields add details like model or year for the AI to fill in.
Language: set the AI writing language and titles and descriptions are written in it, from 36 options, for example Italian for Subito or French for Leboncoin.

Creating Many Listings at Once
- Batch photo drop: photograph several items in one session, drop up to 120 photos, and FLUF groups them into separate products for you to check before it creates them all.
- Phone as a studio camera: put your phone on a tripod and take each shot from your laptop; the photos land on the laptop’s Create screen. How it works.
- Spreadsheet import: upload a CSV or Excel file, paste a Google Sheet link, or drop one ZIP with your spreadsheet and a folder of photos per item. Up to 5,000 rows; FLUF matches your columns to its fields, and you can undo an import within 24 hours. Import guide.
- Already listed somewhere? Import your existing listings instead of creating them again.

Ready for Every Marketplace, Reviewed Before It Goes Live
You create the item once. FLUF prepares it for each marketplace you pick, filling in that marketplace’s category and required details, and the form asks for anything still missing. Give a marketplace its own title and description or price where it matters.
Turn on Review before listing to get drafts you approve instead of instant publishing. If a marketplace refuses a listing for something fixable, such as the title, price or size, it waits in your drafts with the reason, so you correct that one field and send it again.
Plans and AI Allowance
Starter includes 50 AI creations a month and Pro 250; the allowance resets on the 1st, and extra creations cost 5 credits each. Listings you write yourself, spreadsheet imports and crosslisting never count.
