Import Listings from a Spreadsheet — CSV, Excel or Google Sheets
Up to 5,000 rows at a time, photos in a ZIP or by URL, column mapping that recognises Shopify, eBay, Amazon, WooCommerce and till exports, and a 24-hour undo.
- Files: CSV, Excel (.xlsx), a public Google Sheet link, a ZIP of photos, or one ZIP with the spreadsheet and photo folders together.
- Size: up to 5,000 rows per import, up to 20 photos per item.
- Mapping: exports from Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, Amazon, Square, Lightspeed, Clover, Vend, EPOS Now, Sage and QuickBooks are recognised. Only title and price are required.
- Photos: folders in the ZIP matched by SKU or title, or an image-URL column.
- Safety: a preview before anything is created, and undo within 24 hours.
- Cost: on every plan. Imports count towards the plan’s monthly listing allowance. 7 days for £1, then from £9/month.
Stock in a spreadsheet, a till export, or a supplier’s price list is a day away from being live on 70+. Upload it, check the mapping, and FLUF creates the listings; crosslist them from there like anything else.
How it works
- Upload. Drop a CSV or Excel file on the Create page, paste a Google Sheets link, or upload a ZIP. A ZIP can hold the spreadsheet plus a folder of photos per item, or photos only, in which case FLUF writes the listing from the photos.
- Check the mapping. FLUF matches your columns to listing fields. Exports from the platforms above map automatically; for anything else it guesses and you confirm. Title and price are the only required columns. Columns FLUF does not recognise can be kept as custom fields.
- Photos. Name photo folders by SKU or title and they attach to the right row, or put image links in a column separated by commas. Rows with no usable photo are skipped and you are told which.
- Import. Listings are created in the background. Undo within 24 hours removes them all; individual items can be restored for 30 days after that.
Details worth knowing
- Gaps. Where AI is on, missing titles, descriptions or categories are filled from the photos and the other columns. Where it is off, FLUF imports exactly what is in the file.
- Costs and pricing. A cost column feeds profit reporting; a Smart Pricing strategy column puts imported items straight onto a pricing rule.
- Filtered Excel sheets. FLUF notices a filter and asks whether to import only the visible rows.
- Broken files. A CSV with shifted columns or odd quoting can be repaired before import.
- Already on a marketplace? You do not need a spreadsheet for that: connect the marketplace and FLUF reads the listings directly.
After the import
Imported items are ordinary FLUF listings. Select them and crosslist to the marketplaces you choose, or set an auto-crosslisting rule so every future import goes out by itself. Background removal can run on each item’s main photo as it comes in.
