Key Takeaways — Allegro to Vinted Crosslisting

  • Allegro: Poland’s dominant marketplace — 15.5 million active buyers in Poland, 80 million products, 150,000+ merchants. Listing is free; you pay commission when something sells.
  • Vinted: €10.8 billion of GMV in 2025, up 47%, across 26 markets — and in Poland it is the number-one fashion site. Sellers pay nothing at all.
  • The commission gap is the whole argument. Allegro fashion commission is 11.5% net up to 110 zł, then 12.65 zł plus 7.5% on the excess, and it is charged on the item plus the delivery the buyer pays. Vinted charges the seller zero — the buyer pays 5% plus 2,90 zł instead.
  • Different stock suits each. Allegro is a merchant-led marketplace built around new goods; Vinted is built for second-hand clothing. If you sell apparel, the same item genuinely belongs on both.
  • Sync is one-way today, and we say so plainly. Sell on Vinted and the Allegro offer is ended. Sell on Allegro first and nothing propagates yet — Allegro order parsing is observing, not acting.
  • Allegro needs no extension. Vinted requires either the FLUF browser extension or the FLUF mobile app.
  • Cost: 7 days for £1, then plans from £9/month (Starter). There is no free plan.

Why crosslist from Allegro to Vinted?

If you sell clothing on Allegro, you are selling it on a marketplace that was not built for clothing. Allegro is Poland’s e-commerce default — 15.5 million active buyers in Poland alone, over 80 million products from more than 150,000 merchants — but its centre of gravity is new goods sold by businesses. Vinted, by contrast, exists for exactly one thing, and in Poland it does it better than anyone: vinted.pl is the top-ranked Fashion & Apparel site in the country, and Vinted group-wide turned over €10.8 billion in 2025, growing 47% year on year.

The second reason is structural, and it is about concentration risk. Allegro reaches most of Poland’s online shoppers and describes itself as generating around 1% of Polish GDP. That is a lot of demand in one place, and it is also a single point of failure for a business: one policy change, one category re-rate, one account suspension. Every seller who has run a marketplace-only business for a few years eventually reaches the same conclusion, which is that a second channel is not a growth tactic, it is insurance.

The third reason is the audience itself. A Vinted buyer and an Allegro buyer are looking for different things even when they are looking at the same jacket. Allegro buyers arrive through search with a purchase in mind and compare offers on price and delivery; the platform is built around Allegro Smart! free delivery, which 7.7 million people in Poland subscribe to. Vinted buyers browse, favourite, follow sellers and make offers. Second-hand fashion sells to the second group in a way it does not to the first — and Poland’s second-hand market is growing at roughly a third a year, with forecasts putting one in three garments bought there second-hand by 2029.

What each one actually costs you

This is where the case stops being about audience and starts being about arithmetic, so it is worth being precise rather than gesturing at “lower fees”.

On Allegro, listing is free and commission is the only base fee. For most clothing, shoes and accessories categories the rate is tiered: 11.5% net up to 110 zł, and above that 12.65 zł plus 7.5% net on the amount over 110 zł. Two details make the real number higher than that looks. All Allegro commission rates are quoted net, with 23% VAT added on the invoice. And commission is charged on the item price plus the delivery cost the buyer pays — Allegro’s own worked example is a 100 zł item with 18 zł delivery in a 6% category, which is charged at 6% of 118 zł. Delivery drops out of the base only when the buyer pays nothing for it, which is what Smart! does, and Smart! carries its own per-parcel charge to the seller instead.

On Vinted there is no seller-side equivalent to any of that. Vinted’s Polish page states it plainly: zero selling fees, you keep what you earn. The platform’s revenue comes from the buyer, who pays a Buyer Protection fee of 5% of the item price plus 2,90 zł. Vinted Pro, the business-seller tier, is also commission-free, with the buyer paying a Buyer Protection Pro fee instead.

Who can sell Business accounts get the full toolset; entrepreneurs are required to use one Anyone; Vinted Pro for businesses

Allegro’s blended cost is visible in its own reporting: the group’s Polish take rate was 12.26% of GMV in FY2025, up a quarter of a point year on year, with advertising revenue growing 24% and now running at 2.2% of GMV. Allegro held headline commission rates flat for 2026 and introduced maximum caps in some categories — but sellers can pay more overall while headline rates stay still, because the growth is coming from ads and delivery co-financing rather than commission. That is the number to hold in your head when you compare it against zero.

None of which means abandoning Allegro. Allegro converts, and 15.5 million buyers is 15.5 million buyers. It means that the same garment, listed on both, has a materially better margin when it happens to sell on the Vinted side — and there is no reason to make it sell on only one.

How to crosslist from Allegro to Vinted

The two connections work very differently.

Connect Allegro using the authorisation prompts in FLUF Connect. No extension or open browser is required. You can import offers from any Allegro account.

Vinted requires either the FLUF browser extension on your computer or the FLUF mobile app. Keep your chosen option installed and signed in for Vinted listings to publish.

  1. Sign up for FLUF Connect and open the Channels page.
  2. Connect Allegro through its consent screen.
  3. Connect Vinted, on the same computer or in the FLUF mobile app.
  4. Import your Allegro offers and review the title, description, price, quantity, images and stock reference.
  5. Review the mapping — Vinted category, brand and size are the three worth checking.
  6. Select the clothing you want on Vinted and crosslist, singly or in bulk.
  7. FLUF re-uploads each photo into Vinted’s image host and publishes.
Going the other way needs a verified business account

Importing offers from Allegro works on any account. Publishing or editing Allegro listings through FLUF Connect requires a verified business account. Complete bank-account verification to list, and company-data verification to withdraw funds and sell cross-border.

What transfers — field and category mapping

Allegro’s offer model is built for a product catalogue rather than for one-off second-hand items, and that shapes what crosses cleanly.

Field Allegro (source) Vinted (destination) What FLUF does
Title 75 characters 100 characters Carried across in full — nothing is lost in this direction
Description Structured sections of rich text Plain text Allegro’s description sections are flattened into plain text and fitted to Vinted’s limit
Photos Up to 16 Minimum 2 required Each photo is downloaded and re-uploaded into Vinted’s image host — a bare URL is not accepted
Price Amount plus currency, in PLN on allegro.pl Listing price Carried across; converted if your Vinted market uses a different currency
Quantity Multi-quantity offers are normal on Allegro Single-item listings only Read but not used — see the warning below
Brand Offer parameter Matched to Vinted’s brand list Resolved from your product attributes where available
Size Offer parameter Vinted size taxonomy, per category Review the size for the selected Vinted category.
Colour Offer parameter Optional attribute Carried where Allegro holds it
Condition Offer parameter Vinted condition scale Confirm the item condition before publishing.
Category Allegro’s catalogue-linked taxonomy Vinted category tree Review the category and adjust it before publishing.
SKU Your external reference ID Not used Read for matching; not shown on Vinted
Multi-quantity offers are the trap on this pair

Allegro is perfectly happy with an offer that has fifteen of something. Vinted listings are one-of-one — every listing is a single item, and there is no quantity field to carry the number into. If you crosslist a fifteen-unit Allegro offer, what appears on Vinted is one listing for one item. That is fine if you intend it, and misleading if you do not. Before a bulk crosslist, filter to your single-item stock: second-hand pieces, one-offs, end-of-line singles. Multi-unit new stock is Allegro’s job, not Vinted’s.

Language, and why it matters more here than on most pairs

Allegro offers are written in Polish by default. Allegro’s own offer language field accepts only Polish and English, and defaults to Polish unless you set otherwise. Vinted is a multi-market platform and your Vinted listings will be read by whichever market you sell in. If you sell on vinted.pl, a Polish description crosses over perfectly and there is nothing to do. If you are using this to reach Vinted buyers beyond Poland — Vinted links Poland into a shared trading pool with Sweden, Lithuania, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Czechia, Denmark, Latvia, Estonia and Slovenia — then the description that came off Allegro is Polish, and it will stay Polish unless you edit it. FLUF does not translate it for you, and we would rather you knew that than discovered it from a confused buyer.

Categories and parameters

Allegro requires offers to be linked to its product catalogue and enforces category parameters tightly; Vinted’s tree is deep in womenswear and kids and leans heavily on category plus attributes for search. FLUF maps to the closest Vinted node, but Allegro’s catalogue-linked structure does not always have a natural counterpart, and a listing sitting one level too high on Vinted is a listing fewer people find. On a first bulk crosslist, check a handful per category before publishing the rest.

What does not come across

  • Allegro Smart! eligibility and delivery price lists. Vinted runs its own shipping entirely.
  • Your Allegro reputation. Ratings, Super Sprzedawca status and sales history are per-platform.
  • Promotion state. A featured Allegro offer arrives on Vinted as an ordinary listing; Vinted’s Bump is a separate, separately-priced thing.
  • Trader data blocks. Allegro publishes your business name, address and NIP on your offers by law. Vinted has its own arrangements for business sellers under Vinted Pro.
  • Crosslist from WooCommerce to Allegro
  • Allegro vs Vinted — which should you sell on?

What syncs, and what doesn’t

Event What happens Timing
Item sells on Vinted The Allegro offer is ended automatically Next sales-detection sweep — 15 to 90 minutes by plan
Item sells on Allegro Nothing yet. Remove it from your other channels yourself
Price changed in FLUF Pushed to both channels Within minutes
Quantity changed in FLUF Pushed to Allegro Within minutes
Description edited in FLUF Pushed to both channels Within minutes
Edit made directly in Allegro or the Vinted app Read back on the next index, not mirrored across Next index
Why an Allegro sale doesn’t stock you out elsewhere yet

Sales on Allegro do not currently update stock on your other channels automatically. When an item sells on Allegro, remove it from Vinted yourself.

The direction that is covered is the one that protects you from the more expensive mistake. Vinted transactions complete quickly and a buyer who pays for something you have already sold on Allegro is a refund and a rating hit; that is the path FLUF automates. And because Allegro offers commonly carry quantity, an Allegro sale of one unit out of fifteen is usually not a reason to pull anything anyway.

Before and after FLUF Connect

Doing it by hand

  1. Open Allegro, find the offer, open the listing form.
  2. Download each photo from the gallery.
  3. Open Vinted and start a listing.
  4. Upload the photos.
  5. Retype the title.
  6. Copy the description out of Allegro’s section editor and flatten it into plain text by hand.
  7. Pick the Vinted category.
  8. Set brand, size, colour and condition again.
  9. Set the price.
  10. Publish, and note that the item is now live twice.
  11. When it sells, remember to end the other one.

Six to eight minutes an item, and the description step is the slow one because Allegro’s structured sections do not paste cleanly anywhere. Across two hundred garments that is several days of work you will not do.

With FLUF Connect

  1. Filter your Allegro offers to single-quantity clothing.
  2. Select them.
  3. Crosslist to Vinted.
  4. Spot-check category and size mapping on a few.

The flattening, the photo re-upload and the ending-when-sold all stop being manual steps.

Vinted is where the automation is worth switching on. Vinted’s feed rewards recency, so automated relisting stops crosslisted stock sinking out of sight; and Vinted has a famously active offer culture, so offer management handles the haggling against a floor price you set rather than leaving you to answer every message. Neither exists on the Allegro side, because Allegro’s API does not expose them, and we do not claim capabilities a channel does not have.

Allegro has its own promotional machinery instead, and it is worth using on its own terms: featured offers, Allegro Ads, and Smart! participation all sit inside Allegro’s seller tools. FLUF does not drive those, and the sensible arrangement is to let each channel run its own levers while FLUF keeps the inventory itself consistent between them.

What it costs

FLUF Connect is a paid tool. Every new account starts with 7 days for £1 — the rest of the first month is charged after those seven days, so you are not paying more, just not all of it up front. After that it is a monthly plan. There is no free plan.

PlanMonthlyYearlyYou saveCrosslisted products
Starter£9/month£59/year45%Unlimited
Seller£29/month£199/year42%Unlimited
Pro£99/month£709/year40%Unlimited
Super SellerCustom pricing — tell us what you needUnlimited

Automatic relisting, offer management and smart pricing are included from Seller upwards. Starter covers unlimited crosslisting, inventory sync and order sync without them. Yearly billing is charged once a year. There is no free plan. New accounts get 7 days for £1, then move onto a plan.

Crosslisting, inventory sync and bulk operations are included in every plan, and automated relisting and offer management from Seller upwards rather than sold as add-ons — the plan you pick changes how many products you can hold active and how often FLUF re-checks your channels for sales, not which features you get. The full table is on the pricing page. Every plan covers all your connected channels, not just the two on this page.

Sources and verification

Every figure on this page is either taken from a primary source linked below, or measured directly by FLUF against the live channel and dated where that is the case. Marketplace fees and policies change — check the source before relying on a number.

Frequently Asked Questions

FLUF Connect is £1 for your first 7 days, then plans from £9/month (Starter). There is no free plan. Vinted charges sellers nothing; Allegro charges commission when an item sells there, which for most fashion categories is 11.5% net up to 110 zł and 12.65 zł plus 7.5% net above it, with 23% VAT added.

Not in both directions. A Vinted sale ends the Allegro offer automatically. An Allegro sale does not currently update stock elsewhere: remove the item from Vinted yourself.

Publishing or editing Allegro listings through FLUF Connect requires a verified Allegro business account. Complete bank-account verification to list, and company-data verification to withdraw funds and sell cross-border.

It becomes a single listing for a single item, because Vinted listings are one-of-one and have no quantity field. That is fine for second-hand and one-off stock and misleading for multi-unit new stock, so filter your bulk crosslist to single-item inventory before you run it.

No. Allegro offers default to Polish and FLUF carries the text across as written — it does not translate. If you are selling on vinted.pl that is exactly right. If you are reaching Vinted buyers in the other markets Poland trades with, the description will still be in Polish unless you edit it.

Vinted requires either the FLUF browser extension on a computer or the FLUF mobile app. Keep your chosen option installed and signed in. Allegro needs no extension or open browser.

Yes, when the buyer pays for delivery. Allegro's own worked example is a 100 zł item with 18 zł delivery in a 6% category, charged at 6% of 118 zł. Delivery leaves the commission base only when the buyer pays nothing for it — which is what Allegro Smart! does, and Smart! carries its own per-parcel charge to the seller instead.

No. Allegro's API does not expose relisting or offer management, so FLUF does not claim them there. Both work on the Vinted side, which is where they matter more — Vinted's feed rewards recently listed stock and its buyers expect to negotiate.

Yes. Every FLUF plan covers all your connected channels, so the same Allegro inventory can go to Vinted, eBay, Depop and the rest in one pass, and sold-out sync covers every channel an item is live on.
