Around 19 million users visit every month, with roughly 100 million listings posted each year. Wallapop Features in FLUF Connect — Honest Scope

FLUF supports a different feature mix on Wallapop than on Vinted, Depop, or eBay. Some of this is by FLUF design (we prioritised the integrations our largest user base actually uses); some of it is because Wallapop’s own platform doesn’t expose the underlying capability publicly. We’d rather be plain about what works and what doesn’t than oversell.

What “Limited Order Import” Means in Practice

Wallapop sale updates are not instantaneous. Allow time for connected listing availability to change and check your dashboard while a sale is processing.

For the vast majority of resellers this difference is invisible. You’re not selling 200 items per minute on Wallapop; even casual sellers usually have hours between sales. The inventory-check approach handles that comfortably.

Auto-Relisting and Offer Management

FLUF’s auto-relisting and automated offer management are currently available on Depop, eBay, and Vinted. Both are on the roadmap for Wallapop. In the meantime:

• Listing freshness on Wallapop can be improved through Wallapop’s own paid Bumps and Spotlight visibility services, or through manual edits to your listings (price tweaks, photo swaps).
• Offers on Wallapop happen in the chat, not as a separate platform-level offer flow. The chat-driven model means platform-side offer automation has less leverage on Wallapop than it does on Depop or Vinted.

Why Most Crosslisting Tools Don’t Support Wallapop

Three reasons, in order of impact:

1. US-focused product priorities. List Perfectly, Vendoo, OneShop, Sellbrite, and most of the established crosslisting category were built around US marketplaces — eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Etsy. Wallapop is barely on the radar in those teams.
2. Hyperlocal categories don’t generalise. Wallapop’s category tree includes sections (cars, real estate, motorbikes, jobs, services) that don’t map neatly to other resale platforms. Tools that treat all marketplaces as variants of “fashion C2C” struggle to handle this breadth.
3. EU-only audience. Wallapop’s primary markets are Spain, Italy, and Portugal. For a US-focused crosslisting tool, building an integration for an EU-only marketplace is hard to justify on revenue alone.

Wallapop’s product changes by country. Crosslisting works the same way everywhere — you connect your account, FLUF pushes products, inventory syncs — but the underlying buyer experience differs.

For Spain, Italy, and Portugal resellers, Wallapop is the dominant marketplace in your country and should be a primary channel alongside Vinted. For UK and France resellers, Wallapop is a strong complementary channel — its category breadth (motors, real estate, furniture, baby gear) covers items Vinted does not, and the in-person sale option is valuable for anything too bulky to ship economically.
