Crosslist from Poshmark to Vinted — Automatically
Push your US Poshmark closet into Europe's 75-million-buyer Vinted marketplace — automated, multilingual, and with live inventory sync.
- Poshmark: US and Canada-only since the June 2023 closure of Poshmark UK, Australia and India[1]. Flat $2.95 fee on sales under $15; 20% commission on $15+[2]. About 80 million registered users, the overwhelming majority in North America.
- Vinted: Europe’s dominant resale marketplace — roughly 75 million registered members and 24 million+ active buyers across 22 markets (UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Romania and more), plus a US storefront launched in 2022[3]. 0% seller fees — the Buyer Protection fee (~5% of price + a small flat fee) is paid by the buyer, not the seller[4].
- This page is for the US Poshmark seller breaking into the European Vinted market. If you are already on Vinted and want to expand to the US Poshmark base, see Vinted → Poshmark instead.
- Fields that transfer automatically: title (normalised to Vinted’s 100-character limit and sentence-case rules), description (translated into the local language for non-English Vinted storefronts), all up to 16 Poshmark photos (Vinted allows 20), brand, condition (mapped Poshmark NWT/NWOT/EUC/Good/Fair → Vinted Brand new with tags / Brand new without tags / Very good / Good / Satisfactory), colour, size and price (converted USD → GBP/EUR/PLN at live rates).
- Inventory sync: a Poshmark sale delists the Vinted twin within seconds, and vice versa.
- Cost: from £19/month (Growth, 500 products). Every plan includes the full automation set; no per-listing fees, no commission.

Who This Pair Is For — US to EU Expansion
If you are a Poshmark seller in the United States or Canada, your buyer base is — by Poshmark’s own design — almost entirely North American. Poshmark closed its UK, Australian and Indian storefronts in June 2023[1], retreating to its home market and concentrating its ~80 million registered users in the US and Canada. That is a huge audience for a US-centric brand mix, but it leaves a structural ceiling: every item you list is competing for the same set of North American eyeballs, in USD, on a single platform.
Vinted is the mirror image. It is the dominant pre-owned marketplace in Europe — roughly 75 million registered members across 22 countries with about 24 million active buyers, settling in GBP, EUR and PLN, with a younger, more frequent-purchase user base than Poshmark[3]. The kids and baby category alone — a niche on Poshmark — is one of Vinted’s largest GMV drivers, full of European parents buying second-hand at scale because new EU childrenswear taxes and prices have pushed the secondary market mainstream.
This page is for the US Poshmark seller who wants to break out of the North American ceiling and put their closet in front of those 24 million European buyers — automatically, multilingually, and without rewriting a single listing. If your closet is American fast-fashion, athleisure, kids’ clothing, denim, vintage, or accessories under $100, Vinted is the highest-incremental-volume channel you can add. (If your closet is high-end designer above $300, look at Poshmark → Vestiaire Collective instead — Vestiaire authenticates and curates, Vinted does not.)
Why Sell on Both Poshmark and Vinted?
Poshmark and Vinted do not compete for the same shopper. They serve geographically disjoint audiences with different category mixes, different price expectations, and radically different fee structures. Listing on both doubles your exposure for the price of one listing’s worth of work.
The single biggest commercial argument is fees. Poshmark takes a flat $2.95 on every sale under $15 and 20% commission on every sale at $15 or above[2]. On a $40 sweater the seller nets roughly $32 before shipping costs. Vinted charges the seller nothing — 0% seller fees, no listing fees, no transaction fees[4]. The buyer pays a Buyer Protection fee of approximately 5% of the price plus a small flat amount (typically €0.30–€0.80 depending on market) on top of the item price, which Vinted retains. So on the same item sold for €38 on Vinted (the USD-equivalent), the seller pockets effectively €38 before postage. That spread alone — roughly 20% — is what makes Vinted the highest-margin channel in the resale stack for a US seller, once you absorb international postage.
The second argument is category mix. Poshmark indexes heavily on adult women’s fashion, athleisure and dresses; Vinted’s strongest categories are jeans, sneakers, kids, baby, maternity, men’s streetwear, and casual everyday wear. The overlap is non-trivial but the centre of gravity is different — meaning items that move slowly on Poshmark can perform completely differently on Vinted (and the reverse). For US sellers with surplus kidswear in particular, Vinted’s kids tree is genuinely transformative.

The mismatch in fee model also changes how you price. Because the Vinted buyer pays the protection fee, sellers tend to set the Vinted price at parity with — or modestly above — the equivalent Poshmark price after currency conversion, knowing the buyer absorbs the fee. FLUF Connect handles this automatically with a per-channel markup rule: typical configuration is +10–15% on Vinted to cover international postage, with the seller keeping the difference.
FLUF Connect crosslists your entire Poshmark closet to Vinted UK, FR, DE, IT, ES, NL, BE and PL with multilingual translation, currency conversion and live inventory sync — from £19/month.
How to Crosslist from Poshmark to Vinted with FLUF Connect
The pipeline is built so that an existing Poshmark seller can be live on Vinted within an hour, including translation pre-checks. Here is the end-to-end flow.
Step 1 — Connect your Poshmark closet
From the FLUF Connect dashboard click Channels → Add Poshmark. The browser extension reads your closet through your authenticated Poshmark session (no password handed to FLUF) and imports your full listing inventory — titles, descriptions, photos, brand, condition, size, colour, style tags, price and Posh-internal listing IDs. A 5,000-item closet typically imports in 8–15 minutes.
Step 2 — Connect Vinted (one or more storefronts)
Click Channels → Add Vinted and choose which Vinted market(s) you want to push into — vinted.co.uk, vinted.fr, vinted.de, vinted.it, vinted.es, vinted.nl, vinted.be, vinted.pl, vinted.com (US). You can connect more than one. Each storefront authenticates separately through Vinted’s standard login flow. FLUF Connect persists each Vinted session and refreshes it automatically.
Step 3 — Configure translation and currency rules
For each non-English Vinted storefront, set a translation preference (FLUF defaults to brand-aware machine translation with measurements preserved, but you can pre-approve every translated listing before push if you prefer). For currency, set a per-channel markup percentage (typical starting point: +12% on top of the live USD → destination-currency conversion to cover international shipping and float).
Step 4 — Pick a category-mapping policy
Poshmark and Vinted use different category trees. FLUF Connect’s default category mapper resolves Poshmark categories to Vinted categories using a 12,000-line lookup table seeded from the public Vinted catalog endpoint. You can override the mapping at the brand, category or per-listing level. The default falls back to Vinted’s catch-all ‘Other’ categories (1404 women’s, 1180 men’s) only if no better candidate exists — in practice this happens for less than 2% of listings.
Step 5 — Bulk-push and monitor
Select the Poshmark listings you want to push (filter by category, brand, price, or just push the entire closet) and click Crosslist → Vinted. FLUF Connect queues each listing, translates and currency-converts, normalises the title against Vinted’s 100-character limit and capitalisation rules, uploads up to 20 photos, posts to Vinted, and returns the new Vinted listing URL into your dashboard. Throughput is rate-limited per Vinted account (Vinted is strict about velocity) — typically 100–200 listings per hour per storefront.
Step 6 — Set offer and relist automation
Turn on auto-relist (lifts buried Vinted listings on a schedule), auto-bump (Vinted’s promoted-listing feature, opt-in budget per day), and offer-automation rules (accept any offer ≥ X% of asking, send private offers to wishlist-savers every 24 hours). These are channel-native to Vinted and work in parallel with Poshmark’s own sharing and offer automations.

What Transfers — Field, Category and Condition Mapping
FLUF Connect’s Poshmark-to-Vinted pipeline maps every field that has a Vinted equivalent, drops fields that do not, and translates per-storefront. The table below is the canonical reference.
| Poshmark field | Vinted field | FLUF Connect behaviour |
|---|---|---|
| Title (max 80 chars) | Title (max 100 chars) | Copied through. Title-symbols and excess-capitals normalised (Vinted rejects all-caps titles and decorative characters like stars and bullets). |
| Description (max 1,500 chars) | Description (max 1,200 chars) | Copied; trimmed safely if over Vinted’s limit (split on sentence boundary). Translated into the storefront’s language. Brand names and measurements preserved verbatim. |
| Cover photo + up to 15 gallery photos | Up to 20 photos | All photos transfer in Poshmark order. FLUF re-encodes to Vinted’s preferred ratio and uploads via Vinted’s CDN. |
| Brand (Poshmark’s 29,500-brand list) | Brand (Vinted’s catalog brands) | Resolved via FLUF Connect’s cross-channel brand resolver. Unknown brands fall back to free-text on Vinted (which Vinted permits). |
| Condition (NWT, NWOT, EUC, Good, Fair, Boutique) | Condition (Brand new with tags, Brand new without tags, Very good, Good, Satisfactory) | Mapped per the table below. |
| Size (US Poshmark size system) | Size (EU + UK system, kids age bands) | Converted via FLUF’s size matrix (e.g. US Women’s 8 → UK 12 / EU 40; Kids 3T → EU 92cm / 24-36m). |
| Colours (Poshmark’s 15 canonical colours) | Colours (Vinted’s catalogue) | Primary + secondary mapped; aliases folded (Burgundy → Red, Beige → Cream, Navy → Blue). |
| Style Tags (up to 3 from Poshmark’s 116-tag vocabulary) | No equivalent | Appended to description as searchable keywords (e.g. “Y2K · cropped · denim”). |
| Price (USD) | Price (destination currency) | Live FX conversion + per-channel markup. Re-priced on subsequent edits. |
| Original retail price | No equivalent | Dropped — Vinted does not display RRP. |
| Bundle discount tiers | No equivalent | Replaced by Vinted offer-automation rule on the same listing. |
| Boutique status | No equivalent | Treated as NWT; “Boutique” annotation appended to description. |
| Closet sections | No equivalent | Dropped — Vinted has no equivalent merchandising shelf. |
Condition mapping in detail
| Poshmark condition | Vinted condition |
|---|---|
| NWT — New With Tags | Brand new with tags |
| NWOT — New Without Tags | Brand new without tags |
| EUC — Excellent Used Condition | Very good |
| VGUC — Very Good Used Condition | Very good |
| GUC — Good Used Condition | Good |
| Fair | Satisfactory |
| Poor | Satisfactory (with disclosure in description) |
| Boutique / Retail | Brand new with tags (Boutique flagged in description) |
Category mapping examples
A handful of real mappings to illustrate the resolution logic. Poshmark Women → Tops → T-Shirts maps to Vinted Women → T-shirts (catalog 79). Poshmark Women → Dresses → Mini maps to Vinted Women → Dresses → Mini dresses (catalog 1037). Poshmark Kids → Girls → 2T-5T → Tops resolves to Vinted Kids → Girls 2-14y → Tops at the size-band matching the specific Poshmark size. Poshmark Men → Jackets & Coats → Bomber maps to Vinted Men → Jackets and coats → Bomber. Poshmark Bags → Crossbody maps to Vinted Women → Bags → Crossbody. Where Poshmark uses a brand-led category (e.g. Lululemon under Women → Athletic) FLUF Connect resolves to the closest Vinted activity category (Women → Activewear) and tags the brand explicitly.
Inventory Sync Between Poshmark and Vinted
The single most important thing FLUF Connect does after the initial crosslist is keep the two channels in sync. A Poshmark sale that does not delist the Vinted twin is a near-certain Vinted overselling event — and Vinted issues a 14-day account-restriction strike on sellers who cancel for stock reasons. FLUF Connect’s sync runs continuously, in both directions, and covers seven events.
| Event on source channel | FLUF Connect action on twin | Typical latency |
|---|---|---|
| Sale on Poshmark | Vinted listing reserved, then deleted on Poshmark order confirmation | 10–60 seconds |
| Sale on Vinted | Poshmark listing marked sold via the closet update endpoint | 10–60 seconds |
| Price drop on Poshmark | Re-priced on Vinted (USD → destination currency, per-channel markup applied) | 2–5 minutes |
| Photo or description edit on Poshmark | Edit pushed to Vinted; description re-translated if storefront is non-English | 2–10 minutes |
| Listing manually deleted on Poshmark | Vinted twin deleted | 1–5 minutes |
| Sale cancellation/refund on Poshmark | Vinted listing re-created from cached payload if same-day cancellation | 5–10 minutes |
| Vinted buyer asks a question (any language) | Translated to English into FLUF inbox; your reply translated back into the storefront language | Real-time |
Sync direction is symmetric — neither channel is considered “source of truth”. You can edit a listing on Poshmark, Vinted, or directly in FLUF Connect, and the change propagates in both directions. If you change the same field on both channels within the same minute, FLUF resolves the conflict using the last-write-wins rule and surfaces a warning in your activity feed so you can see what happened.
Crucially, FLUF Connect uses Poshmark’s own order webhook (no polling delay) for sell-side detection, and a hybrid webhook + extension-side push for Vinted. That means the delist round-trip from Poshmark sale to Vinted delisting is typically under one minute — well inside the window during which a parallel Vinted buyer would have checkout-locked the listing.
Crosslisting from Poshmark to Vinted: Before and After FLUF Connect
For a US Poshmark seller starting from a 2,000-item closet, the difference is roughly an order of magnitude in time saved per week. Here is what the manual workflow looks like, in detail.
Manual — without FLUF Connect. You log into Vinted UK with an EU/UK address, manually copy your first Poshmark listing’s title, paste it into Vinted’s title field, manually retype the description in English (Vinted UK accepts English), open Google Translate or DeepL in another tab, retranslate the description into French for vinted.fr, German for vinted.de, Italian for vinted.it, Spanish for vinted.es. Open a currency converter, work out what your $32 sweater is in GBP and EUR, add a margin for international postage, type the destination price. Download every Poshmark photo, re-upload to Vinted (one at a time — Vinted’s UI batches but limits to about 5 per click). Pick a Vinted category from a tree you are unfamiliar with. Pick a brand from Vinted’s catalogue (different spellings to Poshmark). Pick a condition. Save. Repeat for the next Vinted storefront. For 2,000 listings across 4 Vinted markets that is roughly 8,000 manual list operations at ~6 minutes each — 800+ hours of labour, plus the ongoing burden of remembering to delist Vinted twins whenever a Poshmark sale comes through. Most sellers stop after 50 listings.
With FLUF Connect. Connect Poshmark (one click) and however many Vinted storefronts you want (one click each). Set a per-storefront markup. Press “Crosslist Selected”. Walk away. FLUF Connect translates titles and descriptions into the destination language using a translation pipeline that understands fashion vocabulary, converts price from USD into the destination currency at live FX rates, normalises the title to Vinted’s 100-character limit and capitalisation rules, resolves brand against Vinted’s catalogue, maps Poshmark condition onto Vinted’s 5-condition scale, maps category against Vinted’s tree, uploads all photos in your chosen order, and submits the listing. The 2,000-listing crosslist runs in the background over 10–20 hours (rate-limited by Vinted, not by FLUF) and you come back to a full set of live Vinted listings across every storefront you picked.
From that point on, every Poshmark price change, photo edit, description tweak, or sale propagates automatically. The marginal cost of being on Vinted at all — once you are on FLUF Connect — is zero ongoing effort.
Automation Features for Poshmark and Vinted Sellers
Crosslisting is the headline feature but it is not the only reason most FLUF Connect customers list to Vinted. Several automations are far more time-consuming to do manually than the initial listing import, and they compound over weeks.
Auto-relist. Vinted’s algorithm strongly favours recently-listed items. Buried 30-day-old listings get a fraction of the impressions of a fresh listing. FLUF Connect’s auto-relist runs on a schedule per channel — typical configuration is to relist any Vinted item that has not had a view in 7 days, capped at 50 relists per day per Vinted account to avoid trip-wires. Sellers routinely see 25–40% impression lifts on stale listings within 48 hours of turning relist on.
Offer automation. Vinted is offer-heavy by culture — buyers expect to negotiate, and conversion on listings without offer-accept rules is materially worse. FLUF Connect’s offer engine lets you set per-channel rules: auto-accept any offer ≥ 85% of asking; auto-counter any offer in the 70–85% band with a midpoint counter; ignore offers below 70%; send private offers to wishlist-savers every 24 hours at 90% of asking. The rules are applied identically on Poshmark and Vinted, so you can run the same negotiation strategy across both.
Multi-storefront targeting. A single Poshmark closet often supports 4–6 Vinted storefronts simultaneously (UK, FR, DE, IT, ES, NL). FLUF Connect’s multi-storefront engine pushes each listing to every connected Vinted market with the correct translation, currency, and category mapping — and tracks per-market performance separately so you can see which storefronts are converting best.
Bump and promotion. Vinted’s paid “Bump” feature pushes a listing to the top of the search results for 3 days. FLUF Connect can auto-bump your top-25 watched listings every Monday morning within a daily budget cap you set per Vinted account.
Photo and description optimisation. FLUF Connect’s AI title rewriter (optional) rewrites Poshmark titles into Vinted-search-optimised titles before push — Vinted’s search ranks heavily on title token relevance, and Poshmark titles often start with brand only. The rewriter learns from your top-converting Vinted listings.
Order management. Vinted orders flow into the same FLUF Connect orders view as Poshmark orders, with consolidated label printing (one PDF per pickup), bulk packing-slip generation, and an inbox that translates buyer messages between English and the storefront language. For sellers running both channels, this is the single biggest day-to-day time saving.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes — but only if you can ship to European customers. Vinted's largest markets are the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Lithuania and Poland, plus a newer US storefront launched in 2022. Most US Poshmark sellers using FLUF Connect target the UK Vinted site first because it ships fastest, settles in GBP, and avoids EU VAT/IOSS paperwork. You will need a Vinted account registered to a UK or EU address — many sellers use a forwarding service such as Reship, Forward2Me or a UK-based friend/relative as their account address — and you set your default shipping method to international tracked. Vinted does not require sellers to be EU-resident, but it does require a verified phone number and a payout method compatible with the destination market.
FLUF Connect normalises every Poshmark condition into one of Vinted's five canonical conditions automatically. Poshmark NWT (New With Tags) becomes Vinted 'Brand new with tags'. Poshmark NWOT (New Without Tags) becomes 'Brand new without tags'. Poshmark EUC (Excellent Used Condition) becomes 'Very good'. Poshmark Good Used Condition becomes 'Good'. Poshmark Fair becomes 'Satisfactory'. Boutique listings (Poshmark's 'ret' condition for retail/boutique sellers) are flagged on FLUF and routed to Vinted as 'Brand new with tags', because Vinted does not have a boutique-equivalent badge. The mapping is one-way safe — you can edit the Vinted condition on FLUF before push if you want a different choice for any single item.
FLUF Connect converts your Poshmark USD price into the destination Vinted currency (GBP for vinted.co.uk, EUR for vinted.fr/.de/.it/.es/.nl/.be, and PLN for vinted.pl) at the time of the crosslist using the live exchange rate, then rounds to the next natural Vinted price tier. You can also set a flat per-channel markup — for example +12% on all Vinted UK listings to absorb currency drift, payment processing, and international postage. Re-prices flow through automatically when you change the Poshmark price; FLUF re-converts and pushes the update to Vinted within a few minutes.
Vinted does not auto-translate listings for sellers. FLUF Connect does. When you push to vinted.fr, .de, .it, .es, .pl, .nl, .be or .ro, FLUF translates the title and description into the local language before submitting the listing, using a brand-aware translation pipeline that preserves measurements, brand names, and known fashion terms (a 'bomber jacket' stays a 'bomber' in every locale; 'sz M' becomes 'taille M' / 'Größe M' / 'taglia M' as appropriate). Buyer messages received in the local language are translated back to English in your FLUF inbox.
Item Verification is Vinted's optional in-house authentication service. For items priced above roughly £100/€100, the buyer can opt in (and pay an extra fee on top of Buyer Protection) to have the item shipped to a Vinted authentication centre first, inspected by an in-house authenticator, and only released to the buyer if it passes. For US Poshmark sellers crosslisting designer goods — Coach, Michael Kors, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, Marc Jacobs — Item Verification is a strong trust signal that lifts conversion on luxury items. FLUF Connect surfaces whether a listing is eligible for Item Verification and includes the eligibility badge in the listing payload automatically when the brand and price qualify.
Yes — and this is one of the most under-exploited US→EU opportunities. Vinted's kids and baby category (clothing, shoes, prams, toys, maternity) is enormous in Europe — far larger as a share of total GMV than it is on Poshmark, which skews adult women's fashion. FLUF Connect maps Poshmark's Kids and Baby categories to Vinted's nested Kids tree (girls 0–18m, boys 0–18m, girls 2–14y, boys 2–14y, plus a separate Maternity branch) and pulls size information through Poshmark's age-band sizing (3-6M, 12M, 2T, 4T, etc.) onto Vinted's EU size system.
FLUF Connect maintains a continuous inventory sync between Poshmark and every Vinted storefront you list on. When an item sells on Poshmark, FLUF detects the sale within seconds via Poshmark's order webhook and immediately marks the matching Vinted listing as Reserved, then deletes it once the Poshmark sale is confirmed. The reverse direction works the same: a Vinted sale triggers a Poshmark availability=false update within seconds. Multi-quantity items (rare on both sites — neither supports true variants by default) are tracked by independent stock counters, decremented per sale.
No. Poshmark allows up to 16 photos per listing and Vinted allows up to 20, so every Poshmark photo transfers. FLUF Connect downloads your Poshmark cover photo and gallery, runs them through a fixed-aspect-ratio image pipeline (1:1 cover, 4:5 gallery), strips Poshmark watermarks if present, and uploads them to Vinted's CDN in the order you arranged them on Poshmark. If you later add or replace a photo on Poshmark, FLUF queues a Vinted photo refresh on the next sync tick.
Poshmark Style Tags (up to 3 from Poshmark's 116-entry vocabulary — Y2K, Coquette, Bohemian, Athleisure, etc.) are converted into Vinted-equivalent search tags appended to the description, because Vinted does not have a structured Style Tags field. Poshmark Bundle discounts are Poshmark-only and do not crosslist — instead, FLUF lets you configure a Vinted private-offer rule on the same listing (e.g. auto-accept any offer ≥85% of asking) so the equivalent buyer experience is preserved on Vinted's offer-driven model. Boutique status is preserved as a description annotation.
Pricing starts at £19/month on the Growth plan (500 active listings), £99/month on Seller (5,000 listings) and £299/month on Super Seller (25,000 listings). Every plan includes Poshmark and Vinted as channels, multilingual translation, currency conversion, inventory sync, auto-relisting, offer automation and unlimited storefronts per channel. Poshmark closet sharing and Vinted bumping are included on the Seller plan upwards. There is no platform fee per listing and no commission on your sales — FLUF Connect is a flat monthly subscription.
