Step 1 — Connect your Depop account

Step 3 — Choose Depop as your source

On the listings dashboard, filter by source channel Depop. Every product from your Depop shop appears as a FLUF Connect row with photos, title, price, condition, and category already populated. Bulk-select with the checkbox in the header, or pick specific listings one by one.

Step 4 — Set your ZAR pricing rule

Before pushing, open the pricing rule for Kloset Klub. You can choose a flat exchange rate (for example 1 GBP = 23 ZAR), apply a markup percentage to absorb shipping or customs friction, and set a minimum floor at R400 to satisfy Kloset Klub’s required minimum listing price. Items whose converted price would fall below R400 get flagged before the push so you can adjust them rather than fail silently at the channel.

Step 5 — Push to Kloset Klub

Click Push to Kloset Klub. Fields that need your attention

A few things you’ll want to check manually before pushing the first batch:

• Children’s clothing: Kloset Klub does not allow children’s clothing. FLUF Connect flags Depop kidswear listings before push so you don’t waste an upload slot.
• Fast-fashion brands: Kloset Klub explicitly blocks Shein, Temu, Mr Price, Pep, Ackermans, Legit, Jet, Pick’n Pay, and Wish. The push will reject items from these brands at the channel level — FLUF Connect warns you in advance.
• R400 minimum: Anything that converts below R400 gets flagged in the dashboard so you can either raise the price, bundle it, or skip the listing.
• Shipping cost field: Kloset Klub uses Pudo locker-to-locker shipping from R59. You’ll set the default shipping option once per shop in Kloset Klub itself; FLUF Connect doesn’t override it per listing.
• Authentication-required categories: Designer handbags and certain sneakers may trigger Kloset Klub’s authentication flow. That’s a buyer-side process and doesn’t block your listing.

Inventory Sync Between Depop and Kloset Klub

• Buyer messages: Each platform’s chat stays on that platform. FLUF Connect doesn’t unify Depop DMs with Kloset Klub chat.
• Shipping labels: Depop uses its own labels or your courier; Kloset Klub uses Pudo. You handle each platform’s logistics on that platform.
• Reviews and ratings: Each marketplace’s reputation system is platform-specific.
