Team Access — Give Staff Their Own Login to Your Shop
Add a packer, a lister or an accountant with their own login and a role: view only, edit, or admin. Hide the tabs they do not need, see what they did, and remove them in a click. £20 a month per seat.
- Own login: each team member signs in as themselves and works in your shop. No shared password.
- Roles: Viewer sees but cannot change, Editor manages listings and settings, Admin can also manage the team.
- Per-person tabs: hide Orders, Billing, Smart Pricing, Channels or anything else from someone who does not need it. Hidden tabs are blocked, not just removed from the menu.
- Safe access: sign-in by a link that expires after 1 to 90 days and can be revoked. An activity log shows who did what.
- Cost: £20 a month per seat on any plan, prorated and refunded when you remove someone. Larger teams by arrangement.
The moment a second person touches the shop, a shared login becomes a problem: you cannot tell who changed a price, and you cannot take access away without changing the password for everyone. Team access gives each person their own login, a role, and only the parts of FLUF they need.
Roles and visibility

On top of the role, choose per person which tabs they see. A packer might get Orders only; an accountant Orders and the dashboard; a lister the Create page and Listings without Billing or Channels. Billing and bonuses are hidden by default and the owner grants them individually. A hidden tab is also refused on the server, so it cannot be reached by typing the address.
Setup
- Open Settings → Team, enter the person’s email and pick a role.
- Choose how long their sign-in link lasts: 1, 7, 30 or 90 days. Generate a new one any time; revoke it any time.
- Send them the link privately. They sign in, and you can adjust their tabs from the list.

Knowing what happened
The team activity log records what each member did and when, next to their last-active date on the Team page. Removing someone takes a click, ends their access immediately and refunds the rest of that seat’s month.
Pricing
Team seats are £20 a month each, on Starter, Pro or Priority, charged in your plan’s currency and prorated. Annual plans pay seats annually. Larger teams can agree a seat bundle. Seats added before 18 October 2026 are not charged.

Starter covers unlimited crosslisting, inventory sync, order sync and Instagram posting without them. Accounting integrations are included from Pro upwards. Yearly billing is charged once a year. New accounts get 7 days for £1, then move onto a plan.
