Intesa — An Assistant That Knows Your Shop

Every seller has questions that take ten minutes of clicking to answer. What sold best last month? Which items have no size? Why did the Vinted crosslist fail on Tuesday? Intesa answers those from your account, and when the answer is “fix it”, it can.

What it can do

• Find and edit listings in plain language, and push the edits to the live marketplaces when you say so.
• Crosslist and relist: a few items one by one, or a large batch as a bulk job you can watch on the Bulk Jobs page. It can crosslist a Vinted listing before it has even been imported.
• Bulk changes: price cuts, eBay Best Offer, category and brand mappings, spreadsheet export.
• Automation: check, pause, create or delete auto-crosslisting rules and relisting limits.
• Sales and orders: revenue, profit after fees, what sold where.
• Explain errors: it sees the listing history, sync records and error text behind a failed crosslist, and says what to do.
• Remember your preferences across conversations, and read photos and files you attach.

Anything that changes your data, a price, a listing, a rule, a crosslist, is shown to you first and waits for confirmation. It will not delete listings or reconnect a marketplace; those stay manual on purpose.

Where it lives

• Web: its own page in FLUF Connect, and a side panel from anywhere in the dashboard.
• Mobile app: as a tab, and from any product for a conversation about that item.
• WhatsApp: add your number in Settings and message it like a colleague.
• Claude: add FLUF as a connector in Claude and Intesa is one of the tools Claude can call, alongside reading your products, orders and channels. Publishing from Claude goes through an approval link in FLUF, and is available on Priority.

Plans

Intesa is included with FLUF Connect on every plan. Actions it takes for you follow the plan you are on: crosslisting and bulk jobs on every plan, relisting from Pro.

Automatic relisting, offer management, smart pricing and listing boosts are included from Pro upwards. Starter covers unlimited crosslisting, inventory sync, order sync and Instagram posting without them. Accounting integrations are included from Pro upwards. Yearly billing is charged once a year. New accounts get 7 days for £1, then move onto a plan.
