Wicked Dragon green raw edge layer cotton ethnic hippie boho gypsy peasant skirt

A beautiful long, tiered/layered ethnic hippie boho gypsy festival style skirt...in a a fab green overdyed tie dyed finish. From Wicked Dragon Clothing. 100% cotton, made in Nepal.
Never worn...Yet another item I've bought on a whim as I love their stuff but sadly a tad too long on me,.. and a tad tight in the waist if I'm honest ;) ..but I left it too late to return it.
Beautiful ethnic feel.. lots of straggly lace and layering...raw edges that are intended to fray, this is design feature not a fault.
It has an elasticated waist and a tie cord and is of a light-ish weight despite the amount of fabric, so it could suit spring, summer or possibly autumnal wear..e.g. Winter wear with tights and long boots under.
My photos don't really do it justice...it's an overdyed item.. so there are still hints of the original colours underneath the green.
Label states size 8-12 (S) ... and it's 100% cotton...please see measurements below for clarity. The waist measures 12" approx. flat across one side unstretched and 18" at maximum stretch.. this can be pulled in further if needed via the tie cord at the waist.

....and the skirt measures approx 37" in total length from top of waist to very bottom of the hem.
It needs a new hippie home and I need to recoup. :)

As private sellers (I'm not a business seller) we're not actually obliged to accept returns unless an item is faulty or if something has been described incorrectly, as per Ebay's Private sellers policy...I sell items I no longer wear or have bought and then never worn,..and hence why I prefer to state 'no returns'.
However,..please contact me straight away if you find you have an issue with any item you have won or have bought from my Ebay listings, whether it's a BNWT or BNWOT or a USED item, as I'm always happy to help (just message me via Ebay) and I'm sure we'll be able resolve things... i.e. If I dont know there's a problem I can't really help. :)
You can see from my feedback that all the items I sell are good quality items (even stated as better than described in many cases), so simply leaving a neutral or negative feedback with no contact, or chance given for me to put it right, isn't the way to go.
