Vintage Studio Pottery Aladdin Style Oil Lamp - Blue Crystalline Glaze

Charming handmade ceramic oil lamp in the classic Aladdin / genie teapot form. This is true studio art pottery, not mass produced.

Details:
• Material: Stoneware / ceramic, hand thrown
• Glaze: Matte off-white with mottled blue and grey crystalline cloud glaze on front & back, blue tipped finial
• Features: Loop handle, small spout with cotton wick and ceramic wick plug, large reservoir with fitted lid
• Mark: Incised artist initials on bottom [KS]
• Approx Size: ∼5.5" L x 4" H x 3.5" W - small tabletop / shelf size
• Era: 1970s-1980s vintage

Condition: Vintage good. Clean, no chips to rim or handle. Small glaze imperfection / kiln flake on blue glaze area and light crazing near spout (see photo 6). Wick shows use/soiling. Bottom shows kiln shelf marks - original to making. Sold as collectible / decor. If using with oil, test outdoors first - vintage pottery lamps are sold as-is for decor.

Perfect for boho, cottagecore, wabi-sabi, or meditation shelf decor. Would also make a sweet incense holder.
