Vintage 1980s Pink Floral Midi Dress La Morphee Elastic Waist UK 8

Properly pretty 80s vintage floral dress by La Morphee, with masses of pink flowers scattered through navy and soft blush. The print is fabulous, but I really love the shape of this one too.

It has that easy 80s day dress silhouette with a softly gathered skirt, short loose sleeves and an elasticated waist that pulls everything in. The little stand collar and black buttons with their gold rope edging give it just enough old school detail without making it feel fussy. It falls to a midi length with plenty of movement through the skirt.

Based on the measurements, I’d place this around a modern UK 8, with some flexibility at the elasticated waist.
