Forçats de la Route takes its name from Albert Londres' 1924 dispatch from the Tour de France, in which the Pélissier brothers spelled out for him exactly what the race cost them. Rapha built a Pro Team collection around that story, and this piece carries Francis Pélissier's line — "The skin of our bodies, it can't hold to our skeletons" — printed inside the back. It is a quarter-zip short sleeve pullover rather than a conventional jersey: raglan sleeves, a stand collar and a clean pocketless back, Portuguese-made.
