05AW Polo Ralph Lauren Waxed Cotton Field Jacket w/ Southwestern Blanket Lining – Black – L

Archival notes: Waxed British fieldwear template filtered through RL’s Southwestern code. The red/black jacquard blanket lining is the collector detail—far scarcer than tartan. Throat-latch collar, quilted shooting patch, multi-pocket front (bellows + hand-warmers + chest utility), side adjusters. Heavy coated 100% cotton shell with proper matte sheen and earned patina.

Size/fit: Tagged L – boxy true L, room for layers.

Condition (Grade B – patinated good): clean overall; minor sleeve-seam abrasions on left arm, and interior mend at left armhole (photo 7). Buttons intact; lining sound. Ready to wear and to keep aging beautifully.

Era: ~2004–2007 mainline Polo. RN41381, multi-lingual care labels; wool-blend blanket body lining.
